MTA Division 9, New Transportation Building El Monte, California | Full Electrical Engineering and Design for 45,000 square foot steel constructed 3-story New Transportation Building. Scope of work included power and lighting, backup generator and UPS systems, tele/data systems, fire alarm, audio visual and security systems. The Building meets the highest standards of air and water quality and energy conservation, and in 2007, the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) presented The New Transportation Building with its prestigious LEED Gold Rating.

Redlands, California | HVAC and DDC controls systems engineering and design for Stauffer Complex for Science, Phase II. The new complex consists of two buildings - 40,000 square foot 2-story Math and Science building with dry labs and classrooms and 16,000 square foot Environmental Studies (ES) building with GIS labs and classrooms. “Green” ES building is submitted to US Green Building Council for LEED Gold rating certification.
